At MODMIZE, each piece of jewellery is carefully handcrafted to order. Because of the custom and hygienic nature of the products, returns or exchanges cannot be made.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:
The item arrives faulty or damaged.
 The wrong item has been shipped by mistake.

If you believe this applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at modmize@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

 Returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear are not accepted.
 For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless faulty or incorrect.
 Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Refunds will not be given for orders lost due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
