MODMIZE has a distinct style and approach to design. Only commissions that feel aligned with this vision will be accepted. Requests that go against brand values may be respectfully declined.
A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion. If preferred, the full amount can also be paid upfront.
Up to two revisions are included during the design phase. Once production has started, only minor adjustments can be made.
Please avoid submitting designs from other creators to be directly copied. Inspiration images are welcome when they reflect a mood, detail, or colour scheme you’d like captured. Style references are also accepted but will always be interpreted through the MODMIZE lens to create something unique.
Select pieces from the MODMIZE archive can be recreated. If you’ve seen a past design you’d like to revisit, feel free to provide a screenshot.
Custom designs are priced higher than ready-to-order pieces, as they are created exclusively to your specifications. Please keep a realistic budget in mind, and options will be provided accordingly.
Once you fill out this form and it has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the total price of your custom request, including the link to pay your customs deposit / remaining balance.
