.EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@modmize.com or by managing your order directly at https://account.modmize.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), including the cost of standard outbound shipping. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Exemptions 
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened for hygiene reasons, or digital products once download has begun.

All other customers

Refunds or replacements are only provided in the following cases:

 - The item arrives faulty or damaged

- The wrong item has been shipped by mistake

If this applies to your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at hello@modmize.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Important Notes

 Returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general wear and tear are not accepted.
 For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances, unless faulty or incorrect.
 Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Refunds will not be given for orders lost due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
